While working on my clash project (see "I'm working on a slightly bigger project") I'm now seeking a really small X compatible windowing system.
I prefer X compatibility because I can choose from a variaty of window managers and because most GUI applications for linux are X compatible.
I had a look at Picogui but: it's not X compatible, it's not compiling on my machine.
Anyone have any ideas ?
Regards
David

Anyone know how to strip XF86 4.4 sources to have just enough to build tinyX or kdrive ?
Moreover where can I get detailed instructions on building tinyX / kdrive ?
Regards
